As an expert in customer experience management, global information processes and translation production optimization as well as regulated processes, Matthias Heyn consults many large scale organizations for SDL. He started his career as a software engineer with TRADOS Germany, transitioned into business development founding TRADOS operations in Benelux und Japan. He worked in product management and today is responsible for SDL global solution design for key accounts in the public sector and pharmaceutical industry.
