David Filip is the Liaison Officer, Secretary and Editor of OASIS XLIFF TC, former Co­Chair of W3C MultilingualWeb­LT (co­editor of ITS 2.0), XLIFF TC Liaison at Unicode Localization Interoperability (ULI) TC, etc. His specialties include open standards and process metadata, workflow and meta­workflow automation. David works as a Research Fellow at the Localisation Research Centre (LRC) at the University of Limerick, Ireland in the capacity of a CNGL Challenge Leader for the area of Open Standards for Global Intelligent Content (GLOBIC) Interoperability.
