Jan Hajič is a professor of computational linguistics at Charles University in Prague. His professional interests cover morphology of inflectional languages, language resource creation and annotation, and machine translation. He has past experience from both academic and commercial research, as well as from participation in several EU Framework and H2020 projects. He is currently director of LINDAT/CLARIN, the Czech node of the Clarin Research Infrastructure, and vicedirector of the Institute of Formal and Applied Linguistics in Prague.
